But, do the Walmart Ozark Trails have a lifetime warranty? No. Walmart Customer Service states there is no lifetime warranty for Ozark Trail, though they do track return and get a lot more returns of them versus Stanley or RTIC in-stores and online.

Stanley 1913

Lifetime Warranty: Stanley products, including cups, are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty covers degradation of thermal performance as well.

Normal Use: The warranty applies only when the products are used and cared for according to the provided instructions. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

To the people complaining that other similar products are cheaper....would you say the same for Nike shoes or Snap-On tools?

This is absolutely a good deal for people wanting this particular brand for whatever reason they have. Thanks OP.

TD - Price. In the "Products Related To This Item" section - right below the product description - there are 40oz Tumblers for half this price ($14).

Exactly. Good luck getting Walmart to take your used cup back. I bought a pair of shoes from one of Walmart's private label brands and they blew out the first day they were worn. I had to move heaven and earth to get them to take them back even with the receipt that showed they were only purchased a few days prior.

Snap-on Tools? You mean the company who states they have tools conquerable Mac Tools, but fall quite short in quality and life of use? No wonder they have a nickname with mechanics and professionals that is similar to the Slap-On bracelets name. Haha!

yes. "We buy things we don't need, with money we don't have, to impress people we don't like" ~George Carlin. Stanley tumblers are produced in China or Vietnam -in the exact same molds, with the exact same stainless steel, in the exact same OSHA-condemned factory, as every other tumbler- for $4 a unit... just like your Air Jordans (at least those have a differing appearance and/or materials and fit). The first step is acknowledging that you're a brand-name hyper-consumerist driven by targeted marketing fads and perceived outward appearance above price. Same for those who would purchase Yeti over Rtic. And that's OK, it's your money; to each their own. But complaining about those merely sharing that the exact same product can be purchased for less than half the price elsewhere and attempting to help others save money, on a website whose entire existence is to share money-saving deals with one another. Really? TD this comment all you want, it won't make it any less true. Cheers.

and in case you missed it, here's a nearly identical 40oz double-walled stainless steel and coated Tumble with included plastic lid for only $10 (a 63% savings): https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-...1193698634

Nike and snap-on are overpriced too. This isn't a good deal. It's the same water bottle, shoe, or tool.

I got it for $15 from Pacsun. Unfortunately this thing leaks if you tip over and even without the straw. I probably wont pay for $27, $15 is ok to me.

I absolutely would for Nike 'shoes'. They're not worth the asking price at all, and everyone seems to have forgotten about their shadey labor practices. They should be $40 at most, asking $100+ is an insult to other brands. If it wasn't for advertising and hype no one would buy them. They're uncomfortable clown shoes that don't last a year of normal use.

What determines the life of the product? Do they feel that it has a 10 year lifespan?
