I have this, but not with the belt in WI. Fi, I had to buy it separate. it works pretty good especially for 100 with wifi. fingerprint works good unless it's wet. you can unlock or lock from your phone but you can't tell at least on mine of it was already locked or unlocked. so unless you know for sure before it's a 50 50 chance that you're locking or unlocking. other than that it's pretty flawless. it gives you notifications and you can set it with a pin or fingerprint or even just use your phone. it also comes with some weird keys but I believe I got 5 or 6 of them. I have had mine for about 3 years. I use energizer Lithium. they seem to last the longest.

Not related directly to this deal, but Eufy's support is pretty poor. I have a video doorbell that got replaced 3 times under warranty, not because I asked for a replacement, but because I asked why the software was recognizing the tire of my car that was parked in the driveway as a person, but wouldn't recognize an actual person walking up to the door. They could not provide an answer, nor did they even investigate. The day the warranty ran out, I asked the same question, The response was since the doorbell was no longer under warranty, they couldn't talk to me.

Beware.

FWIW Eufy is really bad. I have a few cameras and the base station and they are super inconsistent on what and when they record. I've ended up installing secondary cameras anywhere I have a Eufy one and it's astonishing how much they miss.

How's this vs the aqara u100?
Thanks for sharing this deal, OP.

The Aqara U100 does not have Matter support, while, as somebody else here pointed out, this Eufy unit does.

The Aqara U200 and U300 both support Matter, but cost more ($179).

I already have the Aqara G410 doorbell so am motivated to stick with the brand, if nothing to else to avoid installing one more app. The G410 came with a Matter hub and works with Home Assistant, so Matter and HA integration are important, besides a positive review from the LockPickingLawyer on youtube (no reviews of Aqara I could find) for me. Going to pass on this deal and wait for one on Aqara.

Edit: Bummer, according to Gemini:
===
The chime unit included with the Aqara G410 doorbell has the model number CH-C09D or CH-C09E, depending on the region. This unit acts as the Matter hub, allowing you to connect and control other Aqara Zigbee devices and Matter-compatible devices.

The Matter hub included with the Aqara G410 doorbell is not compatible with the Aqara U200 and U300 smart locks.

The U200 and U300 smart locks use Matter over Thread for connectivity, which is a different protocol than the Matter hub in the G410 doorbell. To connect the U200 or U300 to your smart home ecosystem, you need a compatible Matter hub that also acts as a Thread Border Router, such as the Aqara Hub M3.

Aqara has designed its newer devices to work with specific hubs to ensure the most reliable connection. The G410 doorbell serves as a hub for Zigbee and Matter, but not for Thread-based devices like the U200 and U300 locks.

Same price direct from Eufy on eBay if you're not inclined to feed the Amazon beast. Just got mine and installed it today. Super easy, seems exactly what I was looking for. Despite what somebody said earlier, I can confirm that in the app it tells you if your door is currently locked or unlocked.

I have the C33 for the garage, if they use the same sensor you will experience the most non-robotic fingerprint recognition of your life. Really wanted to like the lock, one of the few lever smartlocks, and the motor is actually activating the deadbolt engaging mechanism not the deadbolt itself so the battery life has been great.

Holding up for the familylock S3 model for the combined camera and doorlock AIO. Not sure about battery life since it is a newer product.

Eats batteries. 2 to 3 months with minimal door opening since we come in from the garage. Customer support for it is not great. Fingerprint reader is great tho

how safe is the finger print thing? I know its just a movie but they tend to make it look easy by using the previous finger print and putting something over it so it registers.

I have the e30, bought it back in March. It's a battery hog. The fingerprint and keypad is great. Took a bit to get Matter setup on it, but I got it working on SmartThings now, and it covers over to Google Home as well (via Matter).
I'd suggest getting the one with the battery pack instead. It's only been 5 months and I've gone through 2 sets of 8 AA batteries.

Why not just get rechargeable batteries for the E3O?
You will need rechargeable lithium batteries non lithium will last about a month. There was a slickdeal on a 12 pack and they are all over amazon with charger. PSA…DON'T put a non LITHIUM battery (envlope) in a lithium charger.

I havent used the base station, but using the solar outdoor one, the wired outdoor one and then the giant floodlight camera across 2 houses and 3 Airbnb's I havent had any problems really. Only minor problem has been wifi connectivity with one, but it is really far from the router. You have to configure how sensitive & what areas you want the detection to work on, then it works pretty well.
in total I have about 15 different eufy cams I've bought slowly over the last 7 years. Not having to pay for a monthly sub + having video on a removable SD card was what first hooked me

I had the same issue and found out that If you don't connect to Wi-Fi, or if you change your Wi-Fi and forgot to add Eufy to it, it loses battery pretty quick.

this device will go berserk if sunlight shines on it which drains the battery pretty quickly. Thinking of replacing it with a better alternative

Same here in Vegas—even with the device installed on the garage entry door, the 8 AA batteries only last about two weeks during summer when it's 110°F outside. I'm guessing it gets even hotter inside the garage since it's not insulated. I may have to switch it to a low tech one.

What's the trick to get it working with Smarthings? I have 3 of these and can't get them connected.
