For 16 Pro, $28 has all the colors available but still charges $28 for the colors that are in stock for the $15 price (sienna and black).

I just ordered one of their phone cases, and the case I received was not the color I ordered. On top of that, it was clearly not new — it had obvious signs of use.
When I reached out to their support team, instead of fixing the issue, they told me the item was a "Final Sale" and sold as-is, and only offered me 30% off a replacement.
Pretty disappointing experience. Just wanted to share so others know what they might be dealing with.
