I ordered 1 about 9 days ago, and for the price this case is amazing, i have mous cases and those are the best imo. I have now ordered 6 more in the 3 colors they have left. Fits my 16 pro max fine, all buttons work, seems like a very well made case, smells like leather. My only issue is the shipping takes 9-15 days. They are still available

My 16 pro black case came without the power button. Immediately reached out to CS and they sent out another one complementary. Great case for 15$, wish 16 pro was still in stock, would definitely get more.

I regretted this purchase as soon as I received it. I expected the case to be on the heavier side, but I didn't realize just how bulky it would be. The sides are so thick that my 15 Pro Max feels like an entirely different phone in the worst way. The excessive weight and bulk make it nearly unusable on a Pro Max, no matter how premium the leather feels.

Got my black case for the 16 Pro Max, and the slate color case for my wife's 15 Pro Max . Overall, I am impressed. Quality seems pretty top notch. I feel bad for the people who are receiving defective units. These are my first Bullstrap products, and I would put these on par with any Nomad leather case I have ever bought (I have owned 4, I believe). I like it so much that I ordered the ocean color for the 16 Pro Max. Should be delivered tomorrow. Hoping I get a "good one" like the black and slate cases.

Mine arrived today, looks like it was run over by a truck. Box severely damaged and case is in bad shape. I imagine it happened in shipping, lets see how they handle this

Starting to wonder about this Bullstrap company. My order arrived today. Instead of the 16 Pro Max case I ordered, I received a 16 Pro case inside a 16 Pro Max box. I wrote customer service and they responded it was a " final sale item and for the inconvenience offered me a replacement for 30% off." That's not the response I expect from any reputable company who made a mistake and sent out the wrong product.

Just ordered Bullstrap The Flex Case (cutout) - SIENNA - 16 Pro Max for $28 from Amazon. Does not say final sale (says 30 days return replacement).

Came in today - NOTE: Only the back side is leather pasted to the TPU case and smells leather Smilie. The side bumper walls do not have leather only TPU plastic type material. Their full leather case is not on sale. Overall looks good for $30 Even as Amazon purchase shipped from Bullstrap, the box was open missing the lifetime warranty card with a sticker saying Final Sale no warranty no exchange. Hopefully the back leather pasted to case will stick for at least 2 years.

Got the 15pro this case doesn't work with my MagSafe charger stand, dead phone multiple mornings. There's a reason it's cheap
