Full disclosure: I own this model and found it performed well on both carpet and tile. However, it occasionally lost its saved map, and the LIDAR eventually failed. I replaced it with a Roborock, which has been more reliable with mapping. Later, I bought a replacement LIDAR unit from AliExpress for around $20, and it worked fine afterward. I'm not currently using the original vacuum, but I keep it as a backup in case the Roborock has issues.

For $88, a LIDAR-based vacuum with an auto-empty base is a solid deal. I am not sure if they ever fixed that bug that made it lose the saved map.

If you have a lot of dog hair, you should do this fix to make it suck the hair out. I had to do it with mine for German Shepherd hair and it worked well after that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nH0Z9P9FcZY

Bout it not long ago. Works great and for this price it's AMAZING IMO.
And I haven't used any of the bells and whistles yet. Just as a simple robo vacuum I think it's great for this price.

I bought it about 3 years ago for $250 and it's been good. I set a schedule and it torns on every night and it does a very decent job on the floor and carpets.

Have a Roborock for the main area of our house, but we keep the kitchen/family room gated off for the kids. This would be perfect.

I have this unit. I like it for the most part, sometimes has issues with pathing. Also the auto empty sometimes has a bit of trouble getting anything out so I have to manually empty it a lot.

Did you eventually get a solution? What made Allstate terrible to deal with?
