If you need hotspot you need to pay 10$/month for each line.

It's like Verizon wants its current customers to switch to another competitor.

T-Mobile is superior. Verizon just wants to get people stuck in a contract before they realize the service is not what it used to be. Also, no. You will not be able to do anything with the phones until they are paid off with bill credits in 36 months.

t-mobile I assure has its weaknesses. Same for VZW and ATT. In my region TMo is hot trash.

can't we stay on Verizon for 6 months and then jump to T-Mobile or whoever is ready to pay off those phones?
Quote from oasisallure :
see you 3 months later at t-mobile, for the switching and payoff program
This was my plan moving forward - play the 3 carriers off each other and just stay long enough to get phones unlocked. can anyone confirm that if we leave before the 3 years with VZW, then all that needs to be paid off is the EIP contract, right? In other words, there arent additional fees for leaving before 3 years?

How can this not be a Crazy great deal? Price of an Iphone is $999. So 4 phones are $4k. 36months *$120 = $4,320. So basically paying $320 for 4 iphones with service for 36 months. Did I do the math right and is this a logical assumption?
i think the service is move like $160 / month after taxes and fees?

Do it all at Costco and you'll get more extras like Costco cash cards Be sure that verizon service is good at your primary locations. Keep in mind that the lowest rate plan data gets throttled

This offer is available for existing customers adding new lines as well. The $200 GC has a 6 month service clawback requirement. There is a $100 cashback for each new/add transactions.

This is what I am doing as an existing customer:

1) use CB portal to add a new line on Unlimited Welcome and purchase iPhone 16 Pro
2) repeat step 1 three more times to add a total of 4 new lines
3) in 60 days use Tmobile's Keep and Switch promo to pay $800 towards each phone.
can you do they steps you outlined as a new customer and get CB? also, i dont think it will work if you try to go through costco, right? trying to see all the possibilities to double, triple dip CB!

Coverage maps are useless. Every coverage map I've looked at indicates I should have good coverage at my house, even 5G in many cases. In reality none of the major carriers have more than 1 bar of signal here on a regular basis, and I rely on Wi-Fi calling when I'm at home.
You should be able to get a repeater/amplifier from Verizon since signal is so weak However check using Open Signal to see if your phone is using nearby tower and not one father away, for some unknown reason. Service provider can do this too and (hopefully) correct it.

$4320 for 4 iPhones (Valued at $999 each) and 3 years locked into mid-tier service. Doesn't sound like a good deal.
Are you taking in to consideration all the promotions?

I did this deal the last time around , and by my calculations it came out just about the same or cheaper than buying the devices at full retail. (They aren't often discounted brand new)

Last round they offered a $200 gift card per line , so I got $800 in gift cards , I also did 4 separate orders which netted 4 portal bonuses. I have fios so with discounts the service was coming out to about $150/ month with fees.

Finally less than a year in there was a widely publicized request port out on and then you get offered a $20 off / month per line for one year. - $960

150x 36 =5,400 $5400
-800 GC-400 CB portal
- $960 loyalty
$3240 for 4 latest model iPhones, free financing and 3 years of Verizon service.

Have to say the service has been terrible compared to T-mobile , data is often unusable around the Boston metro area but that's another story.

This 100% correct! I switched a few phones and I will be switching back as soon at my 90 days are up! Verizon is complete trash now! Not at all the service it was a decade ago.

The Unlimited welcome plan isn't good enough for data speed , network coverage although Verizon might be best in market.
5G is only name sake and every other service will cost extra $ .
I agree with this. When I was with T-Mobile I never had issues around Dallas area, but VzW Welcome plan coverage/access is ass!

Generally speaking, Verizon coverage in my area is horrible. Regret switching from T-Mobile to get Verizon's free phone plan for the family. Even had to get a Verizon in home booster which is bad at LTE signal. If you have T-mobile think really hard you could great it like I do. Going to have to wait for an T-mobile buyout offer and switch over.

I am planning to switch from Tmobile to Verizon (Tmobile bill is quite higher than Verizon Plan). Can I keep using Tmobile pixel phone and sell the free Iphone that I get with this deal?
Be very careful. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon because of the new phone offer but regret it due to the horrendous lack of coverage.

Canada and Mexico, everywhere else you have to pay extra.

If only they had apps you could use to call other countries. Big Grin
