LG frech door fridges are among the worst for reliability
It seems all the brands suck these days, but i've had great luck with LG appliances including my French door refrigerator
When I bought another LG refrigerator couple of weeks back, they had an option to add one year water and air filter subscription for 6.99$, with deliveries every six months (basically two deliveries for 6.99$)

It's been completely fine so far, ice maker does ice up which is a known issue but if I thaw it monthly it's not a big deals.
For what I paid I'd say go for it. At this price point I'd probably pass infavor of some other stainless steel option.
