FWIW I much prefer the completely detachable design. I thought it would annoy me, but having one battery with a broken built-in cable is enough for me, and the lanyard design is "attached" enough for me.
If anyone finds attachable magsafe rings that are strong enough to actually hold this, please send them my way. The few I've tried are not.
Might be misunderstanding what you mean about attachable magsafe rings, but this case[amazon.com] has built in magsafe attachment (either for charging or just to keep it attached to the phone). It's not on sale right now and is much more expensive because of that though. It's my go-to portable charger that I everyday carry (I might stop bringing it around as much though because since I got a new phone I don't need it as often). It attaches securely to my iPhone 15 inside a magsafe compatible generic case, and has a little kickstand thing too (I'd be surprised if there were sticker-like things you could put on this that would hold its weight tho which I'm guessing is what you meant now)
