Love the 860. Just used to frame a new bedroom and bath. Would buy this with that battery if I didn't already have one. I do hear the new model is quieter but I'll buy that one later.

That impact driver performs better with the higher output batteries. So for those who want to use it as an impact wrench then it would get them more torque. It also has more torque in reverse than forwards so I guess DeWalt forgot they were building an impact DRIVER.
