if you are new mechanic, and just started working in the shop BUY THIS! for both hands, stick as many tools as you can and all master technicians in the shops will give you a mad respect. also service manager will raise your hour rate by $5 immediately

Harbor Freight has a magnetic screw holder for $4 but I'd recommend the magnetic mats thathave spits for different size screws but the ifixit one hasn't gone on sale for a while
