That said, DO NOT buy this from Amazon. It's, at best, 50/50 you'll get a fake. Even "sold and shipped" by Amazon because of inventory co-mingling with "fulfilled by Amazon" vendors.
I know, because I got a fake, twice, and confirmed by ZT after sending one in for sharpening. Amazon was no help, and I was out $127 on one. The second I was within the return period.
What I like about the ZT350 (I still carry a ZT0200 and a SpecBump):
SpeedSafe opening
Recurve blade
Flipper opening
Liner lock
4-position pocket clip (because I prefer tip-down carry on a flipper)
Black DLC blade finish (I believe that the finish may have changed to Cerakote)
What I like about the AD-10:
S35V blade is a a little easier to sharpen
The G10 grips feel smoother and more contoured
