These are the same models/laptops. If you have a Microcenter nearby, then that is a far better deal, but if you don't, then this is the cheapest that BB has had this model for, so far.

If you have microcenter nearby, pay the extra 100 or so dollars over this one and get the HP with a 5080. Much better laptop in terms of build quality.

I ended up getting the Legion 7 Pro. The HP has serious issues with thermals and hitting the power limit. Seems like it was not built with the power draw and heat in mind.

Good to know. The legion 7 with the 5070ti or the 5080? Nice machine either way.
