Has anyone placed these on the back of a door? That's where I would use and want to make sure they don't fall off. The door is used very infrequently (utility closet). It would still be annoying if they fell off every time.

If they don't just stick some Gorilla pound tape to back of it over the 3M sticky tape. 15lb tape should work great.

Just put some Gorilla pound tape on it like 15lb tape.
