Great find - Wish it were available in my area. Manufacturer is Simon Li who is highly regarded as one of the better brands.

For anyone questioning Costco furniture, I use to work at Art Van in the North East before they went out of business. Costcos furniture is priced as to be a part of AVs clearance section while having the main floor quality. Gimmicky stuff is always going to be a hit and miss, but the build quality (from my experiences of what I've purchased from Costco) is on par. Pairing this with their return policy, buying furniture from Costco is a no brainer especially when compared with other budget friendly furniture stores. Others offer little to no warranty with chineesium build quality. Couldn't recommend Costco more. Might someone find a bogey? Probably. Does it matter with their warranty being so robust? Not a chance.

Also, for their delivery, it's not even costco delivering it. They do the same thing that other larger department stores do for large items such as HD/Lowes where they contract it out to 3 guys who rent a Penske truck for the day. Unfortunately this is hit/miss. Still a risk I'd take especially after every piece of furniture I've bought being the same quality of pieces 4x the price elsewhere.

I would have preferred this in fabric instead of leather, but it doesn't look like there is a fabric version available. There is this similar one in fabric for $2300 (Zakary), but it's not "on sale", and it looks a little smaller:

I am in the market but these seats are too wide, I'll wait for the regular (not sectional) stuff I guess as I'd like the traditional 3 seat sofa and 2 seat loveseat combinations as I need 2 sofas and 1 love seat.

Pro tip: Make sure you pay for the white glove delivery service, this ensures they have to come pick up the item from your home disassemble it and take it away. We had to do this a few times before we found the right couch/fridge, etc, but we were fully refunded even the delivery fee each and every time.
