Now here is an Osaki chair people should be looking at. I wonder if the bots from the other ClearanceChair threads will make their way over here haha

I have a different Duo chair and the dual rollers is an absolute game changer (compared to say, the Human Touch). Having 2 massage heads running upper and lower is amazing.

Really interested. I'm sure buying from Costco is a safer option, but has anyone ever dealt with returning/warranty on massage chairs purchased from Costco? What's your experience?

the biggest hassle in dealing with costco returns and warranty of large items like this is that you need to build up the courage to bring it back to the store. and push through the shame and stares. its difficult

I know the feeling. My trager grill died after 1 year of minimal use. I felt so stupid pushing that shhhhh back to customer service.

I returned a couch after owning it for a year and a half. The return process easy as easy as the delivery process. all I had to do was schedule a pickup time and let them take it away.

What's up with the negativity and arrogance?
I don't blame you for thinking that but do me a favor and read the last ***2 to 4*** clearance chair threads and comments. Then come back and let me know if my comment still doesn't make sense.

I've been part of them, since I've been looking for a chair. I recently purchased one from them. A 4D one for $1800. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase and delivery.

So what are you seeing that is problematic, or bot like?

Apart from the bot posts, can someone explain the significant difference between this one and some of the other 4D options? I get the "duo" feature but one is selling for $1500 or $1800, depending on the model and the other is $4500. ~3 times the price. I get purchasing items from Costco but again at 3x the price, I"m trying to figure out why.

You mean to tell me that the majority of those posts feel real to you? Or the lack of comments on THIS thread about Osaki chairs is noticeably missing all of the glowing reviews?I'm calling out shady practice on part of CC as well as Staff for constantly posting it. If that doesn't bother you... then frankly it doesn't bother you.

Also let us know how customer service goes if/when you need support. I'd be interested in hearing about someone who has actually had a problem after the delivery warranty window and DIDNT have an issue. I haven't seen one positive experience for a user here in the (three years, yes three years) I've sat and researched these things before my own purchase.

Have you had experience with Costco returns? I did recently with a bathroom vanity. 400Lbs gross shipping weight. No issues with return at all. Costco chat. Send guys to pick it up. Done. Credit to CC within a week.

I'm one of the people who has been accused of being a bot in the Clearance Chair threads.

Perhaps this is a good deal, I have no idea. Shopping for massage chairs is like mattresses - they come out with so many minor variations, it's hard to compare.

But what I do know is that this is 3+ times the price of the clearance chair deals I've looked at including the one I purchased. From a purely reliability perspective, I could have two backups of those chairs instead of embarrassing myself returning a year-old massage chair to Costco.

Finally regarding your last point, I did provide a review of my warranty experience with clearance chair including both the positives and the negatives:

So, still haven't seen the answer to that question - is this chair actually better that the ones from the clearance chair threads? I do want a decent massage chair but finding trustworthy info and good deals has been exhausting. Does this one at least have genuine leather? Thx
