Last time when I bought the same 2-Pack 9aH 60v batteries, the cells were made in China and it showed....it depleted down to half when using my chainsaw to cut down just one 8" diameter pine tree and I recharged it fully before use. Make sure the cells are made in Korea.

My two 9AH Flexvolts from the Bomgaars $99.99 deal last month say, "Cells made in Malaysia Pack assembled in Mexico" on the bottom.

He fixed it. I got (2) 4AH from Fasteners Inc, they've only been under light use so far, but I inspected them very closely after reading the concerns here. Over the past couple years of paying close attention this seems like a seller who actively tries not to fark around with potentially fake/counterfeit product, so any weird mfg designations are likely coming from the DeWalt side.
