I bought a different set of adapters, same brand. Worked great plugging in my dash cam to the cars built in usb-c port under the radio screen.

We bought a pack with two of these and two doing the opposite conversion. They work.
We are trying to settle on exclusively using usb c cables, but adding adapters to make them work for whatever. It's been helpful. Less clutter without having multiple cable types. The adapters use less space.
