Wish there was a way to activate it later. Mine is expiring end of Sep. I usually stretch my mileage by ordering everything I need in near future on the last day of my membership, and then activate 2 to 4 weeks later. I get almost 13 months for the price of a heavily discounted 12 month membership. But, like this offer, it doesn't always align back to back increasingly as Sam's membership offers are far and fewer these days.
There are constantly deals. They aren't always posted on SD but there is pretty much always a $20 standard membership, or $60 Plus membership offer if you just do some quick googling.
I do the same thing, put one last order in before my membership expires then the next time I need to place an order I just go find one of the discounts.

you don't checkout thru swagbucks, they simply connect your to the Sams Club linked offer that you see in the OP here. You pay Sam's Club directly, they track your referral and pay you on it. takes 1-2 days to show up in your account at Swagbucks, and about 30 days to mature.

This is my strategy as well, I have been known to go as long as two months after. Timing is everything.
