Once you log out, how do you redeem at the account creation page? Use a new email address or can you still use your old account info/email? (I'd rather not create/monitor a new email just for a membership.)

This is the best deal you will get on Sams Plus!! I just joined Sam Plus for $50 last month, so I cannot take advantage of this. Generally you get Plus (regular price $110) for $60 on various deals throughout the year... occasionally it will come for $50, but rarely for $40 for Plus !!! There are many items that we buy which Sams does not stock up in the store, and available only for shipping.

FYI, Groupon has a deal to get the regular for $25 or the Plus for $70. While this is a better overall deal after you factor the Sams's Cash, if you don't care about it, you save $40 with Groupon

As of earlier this year, I was able to create a new Sam's club membership using a dot in my email. I used Google Voice for a new phone number - as I believe I couldn't use my old one.
