obviously very inexpensive but the base is not going to be sturdy and doesn't look like you can fill it etc. will need sand bags on it

Would want to use pavers on this, and likely stack multiple. Cheap but plausible!

In for one to try out will need to get some good bags of sand.

I wouldn't trust that thing without at least 100lbs of weight on the base. Even that probably isn't enough for strong wind gusts.

They are not super cheap but if you want a clean integrated look you'll probably be purchasing one of those bases built specifically for the feet on this umbrella.
