I have a bunch of iPowerUS which are great. They are expensive and max out at 520mAh and still going after 10 years. Good enough I use them in smoke detectors and change every 6 months.
I also have bunch of EBL, claim 600mAh, have about 450, and are starting to dwindle after 2 years.
So, I'd expect these likely might go 400mAh and die in a few months to a couple years.
They WILL cause electronic interference in sensitive devices.
Note-still better than 9v NiMh which are pathetic.
However, out of the 4 I've bought only 1 still holds a charge after 2 years.
The others ones only hold maybe a 20-30% charge.
That said, Chinese battery tech has improved significantly over these 2 years and have become more reliable so ymmv?

It's a commercial company so you need to buy large quantities to get them. I don't know a retail source. I got mine from a volunteer organization I was worked in for 10 years.
So, I don't know if they have achieved that level, but it could be possible. The of SOME 1.5v AA lithium but reputable companies have gotten MUCH better (Xtar, Hixon).
The 'no name' Chinese companies are unfortunately deceptive. This HW company came out of no where and is being pushed by Slickdeals it seems. I'd guess it'll be gone in a short time and be replaced by another 'brand' that is from the same factory.
I went researching in the Amazon EBL 9v lithium reviews and found this:
(note - I use the same methodology to test my batteries. I KNOW what they can do.)
[These EBL 9V batteries have a claimed capacity of 5400mWh (= 600mAh @ 9V), however, the measured capacities of all four batteries was between 315mAh and 338mAh, i.e. between 52% and 57% of the claimed capacity (see Test methods below). After 3 charge-discharge cycles there was no significant change in capacity in any of the batteries.
On the plus side, all the batteries stayed within 1% of their stated 9 Volts throughout the discharge cycles until they were almost exhausted.
Test methods:
A HiLetgo Battery Capacity Tester was used with the cutoff voltage set to 7.0V and a 100ohm 4W load resistance that maintained approximately 90mA discharge current. Some other brands of batteries were also tested (including Eneloop) and they all tested at 95% or more of their claimed capacity.
A capacity test was also run manually on some of the batteries by timing the discharge while using a voltmeter and ammeter. These results were consistent with the results from the HiLetgo tester.

Update (Jan 4, 2023):
After reading my review, EBL promptly offered a full refund which I accepted. So, I have raised my review from 2 stars to 3 stars in recognition of their responsive customer service.]
