yes just checked the store i got mine from, says right price, but says out of stock when they still have 3 on the floor. Folks should physically check and see if their stores have it or not. I got mine for $865

I don't have a sams club membership, but it seems to be in stock in san diego. Both pickup is available tomorrow and shipping is for sep 6th. wish I could buy this right now.

I imagine if the C5 was actually having heating issues, we'd be hearing about it, and not just from some rando saying a Best Buy rep told them about it.

The Rtings review is great. The C-series of LG TVs are great. This is an amazing deal.

$1,496 in Indianapolis. Customer service said the price will vary by each store. I would need to check each day with no guarantee of it going on sale. As far as heat...I stood in front of the LG c5 display (83" version) and I could feel the heat coming off the panel standing about 3ft away. Couldn't feel any heat coming off the 83" Samsung OLED at the same distance.
