But I do want more characters. I want the original Super SF2 characters. Capcom always deliberately sprinkles them across multiple DLCs.

you really don;t need the dlc. unless you want to learn characters and their moves or if your favorite character is dlc. the game is fine with the original lineup and no dlc.

you really don;t need the dlc. unless you want to learn characters and their moves or if your favorite character is dlc. the game is fine with the original lineup and no dlc.
