But I do want more characters. I want the original Super SF2 characters. Capcom always deliberately sprinkles them across multiple DLCs.

Keep in mind that this may be $21 but does not include any of the DLC.
DLC costs $30 each for Year 1 and 2.

Might as well pick up the Year 1 + 2 edition.

you really don;t need the dlc. unless you want to learn characters and their moves or if your favorite character is dlc. the game is fine with the original lineup and no dlc.

All the original world warriors are in the base game, not dlc
