They do, but you have to have some spending in the quarter. So if I redeem my current $10 certificate on a $12 item, generating some points to my account, Eddie Bauer will bump it up to the next level and issue another $10 the next quarter. They no longer just issue them to everyone -- if your point level is 0 then you will not get one.

In my experience if you used any BDAY code, you will not be able to use another one for 6 months, so I don't think the August one will work for him.

Darn, I did use them to pay but didn't clip the offer since I wasn't aware of it before I placed the order. Just clipped it, hoping a 'pending' order will count with this late clipping once it posts. If not, not a big deal, but would have been a nice bonus on top of this deal.

I used to order their stoaay backpack when they'd send out adventure rewards promos and free shipping which was fairly regularly but haven't seen it in awhile

Make sense, I use to use those are their outlets and get shirts for like $5, it was a great deal for me, bad for them.
