They're similar in performance. The Q7 is brighter, but the QM6K has more dimming zones and is mini-led.

I own this TV absolutely love it. can confirm its easily the best purchase for the buck. the VRR and 120hz are legit and not motion influenced. had it for over a year. cant say enough good about it!
