Pros: Pizzas are better, I like their online deals on buy 5 or 10 items on clothing and get $25/$50 off. Free shipping.
Cons: Crowded. Avoid going on weekends.

Pros: Scan and go, not crowded. There are more Sam's that Costco's where I live.
Cons: They charge a shipping fee, specially if you've got the regular membership.

So compare online to online. Costco sell mattress online. They ship, install/setup in your room and haul off old mattress if it's a traditional mattress. If you buy those foam mattress that come rolled up and ship in a small box similar to Bed Story, then it be dropped off at your doorsteps as well. Best part is that you can return it for a full refund anytime. They will even send someone to pick it up from your home at no cost (traditional mattress only) if you don't feel like driving it to a costco warehouse.
After seeing this offer on my page, it reminded me that I never received the discount vouchers from the last time they did this promotion (despite receiving the shop card). My warehouse told me I'd be emailed the code so I waited and waited.
After not receiving anything I reached out today just to be informed that the codes from the deal are now expired. I asked if it was possible to reissue them because I never received them. I had two different departments look into the issue (Costco.com and membership department) but they pointed fingers at each other. I was then told to contact Groupon. Groupon said they can't reissue because the codes are fulfilled by Costco. Fun.
Anyways, they let me know that if I talked to them earlier they could've verbalized the codes instead of waiting for the email. Wish I was told that from the beginning.
Update: received in 2 hours, went to the store, and received my membership card, no issues at all. Note that my previous membership expired last month.
