Run the numbers. If they give you cash back instead of zero percent sometimes it saves you money by bringing your own financing.

Low IQ comment, why would I trade money making money in the market for low rate financing. That's just stupid.

Honda is 4.99% 36 months on '26 models, 3.99% on leftover '25 models. These are not reasons to buy a new car. If you need a new car, I'd probably recommend doing some additional homework

without this depreciating asset you can't make it into work to earn income which offsets it. but yes, buy used when possible.

If I had cash to buy a car I'm probably not buying a Hyundai. JS Smilie

The savings on getting a used SUV over a new SUV has been very narrow these days. Honestly just considering buying new for my wife's next car if things don't change in the next few years.

Don't follow the american trend. Keep driving it instead of looking for the next new toy.

Are you high? I own all my vehicles outright but why TF would I shell out 65k in cash for a an Ioniq 5N when I could put like 10k down, finance at 1.99%, and, if i was being conservative, throw the rest of it in a CD to earn 4.5% or, if I didn't mind the risk, toss like 10k into 0DTE SPX calls or puts and earn 400%-1,700% on it?

Stop feeding the trolls. The comment section becomes useless with all this arguing.

Most won't nowadays. When I was looking at cars a few years ago most of the sellers actually added an additional fee if you used your own financing or cash. I used their financing to save a little money and paid it off a month later.
