Don't need it but it will be more convenient than the USB mini microscope that moves when I try to focus and doesn't have a dedicated app that doesn't keep trying to charge me to use.

But it's a $20 for a webcam and focusers and a screen powered by a rechargeable battery.
It's gonna do fine for coins, PCBs, and stuff like that to look at.
Unless you want to share and publish your stuff. It's not going to be "professional" but it'll get those types of jobs done without much fuss.
