For bed temp, use no to minimal heating, basically just above room temp, like 25-29C. I recommend not going below room temp as some slicers will get confused and delay your prints waiting for it to get down to target bed temperature, which it never will, so I like to give it a few degrees above so it thinks it did something.
It's plenty sticky. Biqu makes great stuff. At this price it's a no brainer.
