these work as described and very handy, my only input would be to get lock washers for the wheel mounting bolts. I keep having them work their way loose rolling them on a concrete driveway and then finding a random nut on the cement until i realize what happened lol

They are pretty hard rubber wheels. Anything that gets embedded in them from moving a heavy weight is staying in them, so they'll likely scratch your floor unless it's perfectly clean. You probably want something with pneumatic tires for your purposes.

I have a couple of these for moving/storing bench tools in my garage, and they're great. Sturdy and roll easily. I did drill holes in one of them and added a length of rope to it so I could also pull it along instead of stooping to push whatever short and heavy object is on it.

I missed that! Was it for everyone, or just Harborfreight members? Not everyone gets the real cheap deals without shelling out for their membership.
Still, 8.99 is a good deal if someone needs one any time in the next few months. Doubt it will be cheaper, but people can decide for themselves.

Yep. I finally picked up two (been meaning to for literal years now) when I grabbed the Dayton 3T jack and some other stuff during that sale.

Loctite might work better - lock washers aren't great.
Actually, just took a look at my new ones and it appears they might come with loctite now.

I've only put 600 on one, and I left it on there for a couple years. It didn't seem to care at all. It rolled around fine on a smooth basement floor. 1,000 is a lot of weight though, for sure.

I bought the home Depot one (Anvil brand, $13) and rolled about 400-500 pounds worth of stacked totes across my new apartment dozens of times (moving in) and no scratches!
