If you are fine with just normal candy corn (don't want/need the chocolate candy corn or the candy pumpkins), Walmart has an 11oz Great Value bag for $1.97 (17.9 cent per oz; also normal price). It's not name brand, but it's effectively the same thing. If you buy 3 bags (2lbs 1oz), it's $5.91 total.
This deal is 22.3 cent per oz (with 5% S&S) and 19.9 cent per oz (with 15% S&S).
Even the Kroger $6.99 bag is 21.8 cent per oz (normal price).
