84W? That's like 7A. Most car batteries can only deliver 40 Ah at such a high draw, so your car will run out of battery in a few hours
I'm definitely no EE and high school physics was more than half a lifetime ago, but pretty sure there are a few things wrong here and you probably need to need to ask yourself a few things before you freak out about this
1) Have you checked and made appropriate calculations for differing voltages?
2) What in the world do you think you're actually charging at max capacity for hours without your car running?
3) Why are you mixing amps and amp hours in your hypothetical?
Does anyone have experience with this particular model? In the comments for a slightly older version someone brought up concerns about longevity in retractable cables in general, although not this specific charger.

Bought two of these on last sale. It will not charge two phones at the same time. Used USB C cable and lightning cable to charge two iPhones. It would charge the first one but when the second one is plugged in, the first one is cut off. I contacted the customer service and they told me this is to protect the device from over charging and protect the charger itself. Doesn't really make sense when it's related to charge at 84w and definitely defeats the purpose of these chargers. I would save your money and buy something more reliable.
