Go to the link below and read the instructions carefully. One of the reasons is that, in order to receive the game code, you need to purchase the eligible hardware (including a CPU) and use Intel's downloadable verification tool to confirm that the hardware from the promotion list is actually installed. The process is as follows:
1. Purchase a CPU.
2. Sign up on the Intel website.
3. Select the seller you purchased from.(Choose Amazon if you purchased it from Amazon)
4. Enter your Master Key.(The Master Key is not the game code itself. It's a code you use to obtain the game code. Don't get them confused. Master Key will be sent you in 2 days to your email, maybe more)
5. Download the hardware verification tool.
6. Run the verification tool.
7. The tool confirms that the purchased CPU is installed.
8. Receive your Battlefield 6 game code.
