lol yeah I know, but for kids it's a cheap gokart that could be fun. Mainly shared because hoverboards were such a trend and this might breathe new life into them for some.

for me the appeal is the ability to actually use it outside 🤣
My kids are pros on these but one sidewalk gap sends them flying, since they basically have no shock absorption. The video makes them seem really slow unfortunately.

I've had 2 of these (not this exact model) and they never stay fastened well, or they're just wonky to control. I think most kids would have more fun with a modern pedal cart or Big Wheel, honestly. But if you have an old hoverboard laying around, it might be a fun novelty.

I bought a different brand of a go-kart kit a year after buying the hoverboard and they loved it at a preteen age. I feel like we got our money's worth out of both. It does turn heads.
