Anyone know if this particular inverter is also made by SRNE like a few of the other eco-worthy ones?

Ebay will discount some more on Monday and 15% after that. Something wrong with SD website. I can't upload the picture. Click on the Ebay link then you will see their discount price picture.

Once again, this requires 240V AC in and out, its advantage is if you need 240V, you now can get it in a single unit, no need to buy two and parallel.

100% agree. This system allows you directly connect to breaker panel with 240v split phase. If Eco-worthy has this last year with this price, I will buy it for backup. It's cheaper than my power station that I built. I have to buy BATTERY, CHARGER, INVERTER 120V, and VICTRON AUTO TRANSFORMER to convert 120v to 240v split phase. My DIY power station is in the attachment.

Eco and DC fan, I see! This unit is fairly new, with few reports on it so far, but seems a perfect fit for those needing 240V like you.

Yes, if you have a 5k or more wh batteries, you don't want to use 120v inverter. Because if you use 120v inverter, you have to run extension cable to every room in the house. But if you use 240v split phase inverter, you could connect to breaker panel and every room will get electric. Last year, I don't have much knowledge about this stuff. That why, I bought 120v inverter.

This is Eco-worthy new inverter 5000 watts. I saw their have a new 10k watts 240v split phase price $1700 right now. But I don't know for sure, because I can't see the connection inside.

Looking to get this just for emergency backup and peak demand offset. How do you tie it back to your panel?

I am interested to know how to offset peak usage as well. however this would be a different approach as compared to an interlock where you are basically just selecting an alternative source of power.

Your DIY power station looks amazing. Can you share more details about the wheels and how you attached them to the frame? worship

I'm also wondering why you didn't use metal pipes, as that would make it lighter.

Are you able to connect outlets to accommodate 120V devices?
