This is probably better than the other water flossers that are being promoted. This one has USB C charging and the cheapest.

I use it as a travel and hiking bidet. Put some warm water in, maybe a lil soap or essential oils, and it's ready

The average cost for a water flosser from China is $20. You can either pay $11 more for a decent quality that may last 2 years, or get the cheapest and hope for the best. After reading many reviews across different brands, those costing more than $30, the longevity is 2 years before bust.
