Got these the last time they were on sale for $5.99 on Macy's. It's ok for that price but it's cheap glass with a cheaper and a flimsy super thin lid. Does not seal with lid. Just leaves it open to air.

I know popular deal status is based only on voting. All popular deals show up on the main site page, along with the true "Front page" deals. The popular deals will have an orange tab. True FP deals have a blue tab. I have no idea why SD sticks with this system. My best theory is to approach it with the lowest common denominator (of deal hunters' willingness to find deals) system. Many are not savvy enough to click on the Popular Deals section to view just those. I'm a bit surprised they have not come up with a new color tab to also include "Trending" deals on the FP yet. I wonder, but I have a feeling the trending status is from gathering enough discussion posts?

@Spaceman6969, you should know what they're trying to say. Smells like shenanigans from an employee's deal post. I don't necessarily agree. But if employees can vote, Bias can happen. No way to have transparency, let alone a perfect solution.

It may be because of the OP's followers getting a heads up. I tend to rep and TU good deals from those I follow. It shows my appreciation, like in my signature. Employees tend to amass many followers due to their prolific posting.

Lots of factors are going on.

Reviews say the pitcher spills liquids when pouring. You can see how small the spout is on it so it's not a surprise. Poor design.
