I bought two of these from Amazon in Late 2022, one for about $55 and one for about $60. Both units were dead in less than 2 years and customer support was no help at all. I would look elsewhere based on my experience.

I had a diff experience, mine stopped accepting charge 2 years in, I reached out to their customer service, sent them a video showing the issue, and they refunded me the money. I left this powerbank alone for a couple of months and randomly i wanted to see if it'd magically accept charging and somehow it came back to life. A year later it's still going strong.

I have 2 of these from a deal last year for about the same price. so far I have had no issues. I know sd schills this brand a lot but I've been happy with them for the price. I had 1 bad wall charger and they sent me a replacement with no hassles.

I have 2 from September 2023. Both are still working just fine. One accompanies me to work each week. Very happy with them so far. They accompanied us on a couple of international trips as well and allowed us to bring fewer international power adapters.

I have a different experience. I have five of these batteries, and none of them are dead. All of them are charging perfectly. Once in a while, this information might be useful for others. You need to charge this one with 20 volts, not 5 volts. I had a moment when I thought that 5 volts wouldn't charge the 20 volts, but I had no problem charging it once the battery was active.

I have one of these and very much enjoy it. It is one of the only battery banks out there that will actually do the SuperVOOC for OnePlus phones (up to 65w). They don't advertise that as it's not officially supported, but it does work

I brought 1 in Dec 2024 for $22, still working. It is heavy, but it charge up my M4 Pro to from 0 to 60% in like 2 hours, that is amazing. So on trip when family of 4 need to charge up phones and tablet and my drone. I know it have enough to charge all, but of course not including the M4 Pro.

I brought in late 2022, still working fine, took it out to Hawaii twice, Yellowstone once and Cancun once. Use it charge my galaxy tab s9 when it's out of battery every other weeks, no issue so far, the only complaint is it has a micro usb port I have no use and two usba port I rarely use, which makes it really a one usbc port device.

I purchased 50 of these last winter. All of them worked perfectly the entire time with no problems at all, until they all failed at the exact same time. Support send me 50 replacements, and then did *nothing.*
So be warned. And assured.

I bought 2 of these in November 2024. Both were DOA and would not charge. The second was shipped as a replacement for the first.

I have a OnePlus 8 and just tried to plug it in to this battery, but it does not do warp charging. I was hopeful for a minute there.

I have nothing but good things to say otherwise about this battery pack. Have had it for about 4 months now and it charges my laptop at 60w with no problem. Has saved me many times from relocating to a power outlet. Love that it charges up super quick too.

I have three of these. One died within the first year and they refunded me. I think running it down to zero killed it so I'm a bit more careful with the other two. They are great for the steam deck and phones but haven't tried anything with a bigger power draw.

I bought one of these over a year ago. One wouldn't charge. I messaged them on Amazon, sent them a short video, and they sent me 2 more and those have been work flawlessly for me and my family. We travel heavy and run a hotspot, I have a foldable, and we roll around with 2 iPhones and an iPad, and these batteries are tanks (when you get a good one). Support was SUPER good, but it was within 1 month of purchase.
