Does anyone know how the 12GB of memory is arranged for the N100 version? 12GB means there would be two modules, one 4GB and one 8GB. Since there is only one SODIMM slot, I'm guessing some of the memory is soldered onto the mobo. Does anyone know if the 4GB or 8GB is soldered?

It should be 8GB soldered and 4GB on the DIMM.

However, there are 12GB DDR5 modules and the N100 supports both DDR4 and 5.

So there's also the possibility that the description is wrong on being DDR4.

But information on this particular configuration is extremely limited, even on their website.

How do these mini PC processors stack up between N95, N100, N150? I would assume as they get to a larger number they are more powerful but I've read conflicting information to that during my research. Not looking for anything crazy powerful, just a simple task machine.

Edit.- I asked Google and got it's AI answer this time. Seems pretty much along what I was thinking the case was. Which one should you choose?N150: This is the best all-around choice. Its minor performance gains over the N100 are complemented by its excellent power efficiency. If price is equal, the N150 is the better buy.N100: The most popular of the three, the N100 offers the best balance of performance and power efficiency. It is the ideal choice for those prioritizing ultra-low power consumption, especially for fanless setups.N95: Only consider the N95 if it is significantly cheaper than the other two. Its higher power consumption doesn't translate to notably better CPU performance, and its integrated graphics are less capable than the N100 and N150.
