It's basically a battery power heat pad. The massage capability is inflated air cushions. Which is not impressive. I would skip this.

I see this was front page a couple months ago, would like to hear from someone who bought it, is it any good? My knees get sore after pickleball, chatgpt says i should alter heat and ice. Would get this if someone can confirm its not junk.

I bought a similar unit from woot for the exact same reason. The massage function has light vibration plus some gentle squeeze from the air cushion. It feel alright I guess. What really help is the red light therapy function. It does a good job of reducing inflammation in my knees. I don't bother with the heat mode anymore and only use the red light and massage function. Overall I'd say it's worth the price.
A couple of observations, the LCD on my unit is very sensitive, I keep changing its setting when adjusting the unit's fit. Also, your knee are in a bend position when wearing the unit, so you can't walk around at the same time. Finally, it's one size fits all so it might not cover your knee well depend on your size.

i just got this recently from the last woot deal. i've worn it a few times and it does feel good when it's on. i like the heat and compression of it. you have to have your knee slightly bent, which is kind of hard for me to be comfortable in my couch/ottoman setup. does it last? i don't know. i put it on both knees for 15 minute cycles and they feel better for a little bit but the mornings are still about the same. i did try it on my shoulder once as the contour of the device seems to allow it. right now i'm undecided on if it works but it does feel good while it's on.
my wife just ran a half marathon and tried it afterwards and thought it worked well for her, but she only used it the one time. i've probably used it 5-6 times so far.

Yeah, I was gonna say this "brand" name sounds more like a bedroom toy.

Stretch your hamstring more, before and after. It will help with the knee fatigue.

Please Note:
I got this from the previous deal. The vendor sent me a different product than the 1 advertised and reviewed on Amazon. The packaging is different (check the videos on Amazon listing for package opening). The one I got had a single strap instead of the 2 straps on the product. The single strap is very uncomfortable to wear . Also this fits onto the elbow but is very uncomfortable. It does not fit on the shoulder (at least not without some very difficult acrobatics). When placed on the elbow the screen is on the other side. Its impossible to change setting while on elbow.

I was planning to get 1 for my parents as well but this is not a good product that can be used very easily. And the company is sneaky by sending a different product altogether.

EDIT: I also wanted to add that the product is very rigid (by nature as it needs to be), and hence, not very easy to wear apart from the knee. I wish there were a product with more flexibility providing just heat and light to the affected part as I see the advantage of having a single product for knees, elbows and shoulders. The massage function is useless IMO, at least on this product.
