I have four of these in parallel, 1000W of solar, paired with Victron components in my Western Range camp. I'm well pleased with the performance of these batteries. I've been using these for over a month straight with no issues thus far. it's the same price I paid for, but on Amazon several months ago.

I have a furion chill cube 18,000 BTU soft start AC, microwave/air fryer/convection oven combo (I try to use the gas stove/oven where I can to avoid microwave combo), three-way refrigerator/freezer, water pump, tankless water heater, laptop and docking station, 65-in LG OLED G4, sound bar and subwoofer, PlayStation 5 pro, small fans, star link as well as T-Mobile routers, lights throughout the camp, and several phones. Helping me with this is two 40 lb propane tanks. I also have a tri fuel generator that sits on the deck of the camp for redundancy or as needed. Propane is primarily used for the tankless water heater and the gas stove / oven and furnace, but it can power the entire camp as well with a push of a button on a fob. Propane is also used for a gas light within the camp. while not relevant this bad boy also has a wood stove. I'm running a fairly full load 4-5 hours a day. fortunately I am at around 7, 800 feet up so it is cool enough to keep the windows open and just run the AC occasionally. Most of my day is out hiking or fishing.

That was a different manufacturer. Stop spreading FUD.
No, it's not... I'm having the same issues with my 2x150Ah eco-worthy batteries in parallel Frown

I have one of these on my boat and it's been absolutely fantastic. Power for days, low temp cut off, Bluetooth and very stable. https://youtu.be/Vn-vEdLf2WM?si=4xx6Lgx0wGN7q5yV

I'd be hesitant to use any of these smart batteries given what Will Prowse has discussed in his last couple of videos.

Yes, but Prowse specifically says that the same BMS is found in multiple manufacturers.

what negative other than the over current protection did he have to say? seemed to me he was pretty positive other than OCP. if you have your own breaker it shouldn't be much of an issue.

Except even Prowse recommends this battery.

Depends on what you're trying to power. This is what we use ours for and we have a 3200sq ft home with nothing fancy. we never try to run high draw appliances like the AC or Dryer, but it runs our fridge(s) lights, TV's, internet, etc. We bought a charger from Amazon and have a few pure sine wave inverters. Pretty simple setup! Highly recommend them plus they qualify for the 30% federal credit!!
pls. share exact setup, inverter, charger, etc. Ever run a window AC, 12k Btu?

All I can say is watch his most recent videos on the subject and then make a decision about whether you think he's updated his recommendations yet based on the thing he said to be cautious about.

Wanting to put some solar on a remote shed. Mostly for a small trickle charger to keep tractor batteries up to snuff. Can I ska you what brand of panels you went with and what model number of your Victron components you used.
I used this solar panel to keep my ATV battery fully charged in the shed https://ebay.us/m/JzjgyKworks great, check YouTube videos

Do your research. He said nothing negative about this brand. He's done positive reviews of this brand.

How does it support "up to four" batteries? You can theoretically have as many batteries in series as your charger and inverter can support (voltage), and as many as you want in parallel.

Something about the BT software?

The series limit is due to being able to handle the voltage it would get exposed to under some failure modes. Basically if it disconnected internally and the load stays connected, it would see the full voltage of the remaining batteries across its terminals.

This tells me that BMS is active and working. there really is no need for me to get out the multimeter
1. Is it easy to take the cover off and enclosure and measure each cell inside individually?
2. Are the cells spot welded to tabs or have some kind of an easier to service connection that makes handling cell failure easier?
