$5 is cheap, but I bought a pair of these and the pockets tear out like paper towels. I think it's made of viscose, which is basically paper towels. Usually used as a cheap lining, but not good for pockets. The jeans themselves are on the thin side, have a crap zipper, and tear after about 10 washes. All in all, disposable pants. I can see why they are getting rid of them.
