yes, full load. i first noticed that patches of clothes were not even getting wet. so i did half loads but the detergent smears kept appearing. all my pants even had lint on them. not sure how that happens in a wash. i wish i could have gotten one of those old commercial front load washers from a laundromat that closed in my area. those were the best.
