I also thought that was oddly high. That isn't the laptop weight which is 3.42 pounds (not very light for a 14" by any stretch). My guess is the weight cited by microcenter is the carton weight with charger, paperwork etc.

Damn I hope that's the weight with the charger. 120hz & 400+ nits would been nice but 90hz way better than 60hz.

Still seems steep for a rebranded Inspiron. My guess is consumers are confused by the new branding which makes it hard to properly valuate so Dell threw a high price tag out there. Have a feeling this will be under $700 by year's end.

Problem is the chassis, it's has really bad rigidity.

The screen is also pretty bleak.
