I bought this same drive in June. Not recommended. To test it right out of the box, I popped in my Austin Powers DVD. This drive made it to the jacuzzi scene with Alotta Fagina and then it suddenly died and never was recognized again. I even had to manually eject the DVD with a paper clip. I returned it.
You gotta make sure your drive can get through Alotta Fagina before you know it's a good one, I guess.

Awesome! I just downloaded some songs off napster and was looking for a way to burn them onto a cd so I can play it in my pull-out car stereo!
