I read most Creatine gummies have no creatine in them.

This is true, some even have no detectable levels of creatine. I would not buy creatine gummies unless the company provides a certificate of analysis.

It's a huge scandal, see this video: https://youtu.be/7gLVOGJpSpE

I bought some gummy creatine from amazon last week, not this brand, it tastes straight up like candy, no grit, no powder, just gummy, I cant trust these no name brand creatine gummies without 3rd party testing results

Just buy the powder and be a man/woman. then you know exactly how much and what you're getting. or even make your own gummies

The powder is also way cheaper per serving, and as long as you're getting a brand like ON, Sports Research, or GNC that is Informed Choice certified, you're guaranteed to get actual clean creatine for about 1/2 the price or less.

Are you suggesting the powder would make someone transgender? Whoa!

You're better off buying it in powder form and mixing it in your drink.

I had to go on a trip recently, and I didn't want to fly with 65 grams of white powder in my luggage, so I bought some gummies instead. Otherwise, I agree. The powder is cheaper and tasteless.

i wouldnt normally get gummies because they might not have the 5g for each gummy and can be inconsistent, but your use case is good justification for it

Could you just not premix ~20g creatine with water per 3.5oz bottle and just pour out 1/4 bottle every day?

Thats 3-4 bottles for a 2 wk trip and can be fit in a carryon
