Halloween Candy

Does anyone have any insight on when to expect a good deal on candy coming up? I use to clean up at Walgreens with candy of the week usually coming out to less than $0.20 an ounce but haven't seen that yes this year. Costco has something close but it's still $0.30 an ounce.

I have always used $0.20 an ounce as my threshold. is that gonna be impossible during the terrible tarrifs of 2025?
