just got the q5 max from them via eBay. it was "refurbished". sucker was brand new! It's awesome and I highly recommend this brand.

I went with a version that doesn't have the mop function as it seemed pretty silly and was not a true mop. but to each their own! Smilie

I got the qrevo from ebay refurbished and was also very happy with the condition. I have wall to wall terazzo floors (Florida house built in the 60's) .. I feel the spinning mop heads on this qrevo does a fantastic job.. It repeatedly (mid clean) returns to dock and washes the mops and has made a huge difference.. I run it every night both vac and mop mode and floors stay immaculate.. FWIW.. I have 2 cats also and 3 litter robots.. For me the qrevo does even a better job than i did mannually becuase i did not get every single inch of floor each time like this thing does. .. If i had a house that was predominantly carpet I probably would not find the qrevo quite as important. I also have a q7 for the master bedroom and I have greatly neglected it over the years and this thing is like the energizer bunny.. also purchased refurbished from ebay.. I am a roborock fan for life.. worth every penny

I was also looking at these 2 models, at the time though this was consistently $50 more expensive than the L10s.In the end we ended up getting the L10s Ultra gen 2 new for $350. It's a nice machine but coming from a Roborock Q5 Pro, I think I like Roborock's app slightly more, and I like the Roborock's cleaning lines better. If I could do it again, and their price was the same for comparable models, I'd probably go with the Roborock, even though my Dreame supposedly has much better suction power.

Have 1 and just bought another. Got it refurbed from them on ebay and it seems new like everyone says.

Does a great job and it's great not having to empty things constantly.

can anyone comment on the auto-lifting mops? Specs say it can lift the mops 7mm which is only slightly over 1/4 inch to vacuum on a rug. Would this not work then on any rug thicker than 1/4 inch?

I haven't had the need to try it, but there is a setting in the app to have it vacuum the carpets first before it wets the mops and vacuum mops the rest of the floor.
