I hate that they tie these discounts to premium unlimited. I've had regular unlimited for a couple of years and it works perfectly fine for me and my whole family. This is the reason I've sat out the past two years and just held onto my iPhone 14 Pro.
Get an unlimited line for free for a year with Spectrum home internet and trade in a basic smartphone to get like $700 off an S25...
Then, roll that in to the S25+/Ultra.
I did 3 of those this past year, sold 2 after they unlocked (60 days) for money in my pocket and kept the 3rd as a free device, with free service.

Apple offers $250, and you're not tied to xfinity.

Just pay the $500 off right now and cross your fingers. If you want to be sure, pay it off and cancel the order and redo it.
EDIT:
Maybe that works with the Elite Upgrade option and you don't have to pay it off first?
"Once you've met all the requirements and the Elite Upgrade is complete, we'll apply a credit to your account within three billing cycles equal to the remaining balance of your old phone's payment plan."
Just check for iPhone 13 for comparison, T Mobile gives 830, how about Comcast? I think I'll just switch to T Mobile for much better trade in deals !!!

I dont understand, they are showing a tradein value for my iphone 15pro $345. The advt says customers get upto $1100 off.? What did I miss?
See my post above... had the same thing happen but worked it out.
I think I just got conned by an XM phone rep... we had 2x XM lines for $70 with 1 paid off iPhone and 1 with $500 left on the payment. I asked about upgrading the paid off iPhone to a 17 Pro Max and they said if I paid $80 a month I could get Premium Unlimited on both lines plus 2 free iPhone Pros... they spent 20 minutes doing the upgrade but no free offer is showing on my account yet for the phone with the $500 left.... they said it will take a couple hours to show up... I am very doubtful

EDIT - As the other person said, the phone must be paid off. It also depends on which model you're trading in to get the full credit.
iPhone 14 Pro - $1100 credit (256GB or 128GB are the same)
iPhone 13 (non Pro) - $700
iPhone 11 - $600
iPhone 7 - $500
Without premium unlimited data it was something like $276 for the 14 Pro, $74 for the 11, $5 for the 7. I wasn't planning on upgrading all five of my lines but I still come out ahead even with paying an extra $10/month for 24 months to get the much higher trade in deals. I was really surprised to see the iPhone 7 at $500 and the 11 at $600.

You have to wait until your account reflects premium data. It takes up to 30 minutes to reflect it, then when you go to upgrade the device and select trade in, it will show the full credit across 24 months.

What was the solution ? I don't get it - their website looks broken

You have to upgrade to their Premium Unlimited plan first or port in your number to their Premium Unlimited plan. After you activate your new plan, just sign out and sign in to your account. You should be able to see the $1100 credits.
